Uses

The regulating weir gate is mainly used to control and regulate the water level, and can also be used for water distribution, drainage, and other occasions.

Our company produces three types of regulating gates: cast iron gates (TY), steel direct acting gates (TYZ), and steel rotating gates (TYX).

Working principle and structure

TY type is made of cast iron, with good corrosion resistance, simple structure, and low price. When there is a high sealing requirement in the closed state, a copper sealing surface can be embedded on the door frame, and the width generally does not exceed 2m.

The TYZ type is a steel structure with rubber sealing and three sided water stop, which is not limited by specifications and is suitable for any occasion. When made of stainless steel, it has a long service life.

The TYX type has a good sealing effect, almost reaching a "zero leakage" state, suitable for a width of over 5m, but the water level is generally adjusted below 800mm, especially suitable for alternating operation of oxidation ditch drainage or large-scale water distribution wells. It is equipped with a dedicated opening and closing device, only manual or electric is required, and no additional opening and closing machine is needed.
